Where GDPR applies, we process personal data under the following bases: performance of a contract (processing orders, customer service); legitimate interests (security, analytics, improvements, basic marketing); consent (non-essential cookies/marketing where required); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, compliance).

5) Cookies & Tracking

We use first-party and third-party cookies/pixels for core functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can manage preferences via our cookie banner (where available), your browser settings, or the “Your Choices” section below. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

6) How We Disclose Information

  • Service providers / processors: e.g., e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, fraud tools, logistics/fulfillment, cloud hosting, email and marketing providers, analytics and advertising partners. These parties are contractually bound to use data only on our instructions.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor entity subject to this Policy or one that is materially similar. We will provide notice where required.
  • Legal & compliance: to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under some U.S. state laws; see Section 12 for opt-out options.

7) International Transfers

We operate using global service providers. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (including the United States). Where GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures as necessary.

8) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Typical periods include: orders and tax records (up to 7–10 years, depending on jurisdiction); account data (for the life of the account plus a reasonable period); marketing data (until you opt out or after a set inactivity period). When no longer needed, we will securely delete, de-identify, or anonymize the data.

9) Your Choices & Rights

  • Access, deletion, correction: depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. Submit requests at support@tislitbijoux.com.
  • Verification: we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate authorization.
  • Do Not Track: we currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
