These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern purchases made on tislitbijoux.com (the “Site”) by individual consumers (“Client”, “you”, “your”) for jewelry and accessories offered by Tislit Bijoux (“Tislit Bijoux”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They define the ordering, payment, delivery, and return process for products purchased on the Site.

By checking the box “I accept the General Terms & Conditions” during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you confirm your order applies to that order.

III. Customers

To use the Site you must be a natural person, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract. When placing your first order, you may create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may request verification of your identity or information provided.

IV. Products

We offer new, high-quality products. While we strive to present colors and details accurately, your device may display them differently. Minor typographical or display errors may occur. If a delivered product does not conform to its description, we will remedy the issue by offering a replacement, repair (where applicable), or refund per these Terms.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and refund all amounts paid for that item to your original payment method.

Customized Items & Intellectual Property

• Customized/engraved items are made uniquely for you and may be non-returnable (see Section VIII). By submitting text, patterns, or designs, you represent that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your submissions.
• All intellectual property in our products and Site content is owned by or licensed to Tislit Bijoux. No rights are transferred to you except the limited right to use products for personal purposes.
